DEATH ANNOUNCEMENTS
We are saddened to announce the death of retired Deacon John Debnar, class of 1987. Deacon Debnar died Nov. 22, 2023.
We are also saddened to announce the death of Joanne Leck, wife of Deacon Robert Leck, class of 1976. Joanne died Nov. 16, 2023.
Please keep the Debnar and Leck families in your prayers.
We are saddened to announce the death of retired Deacon Joseph Krakora, class of 1978. Deacon Krakora died Nov. 3, 2023. He was 97.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on November 13 at the Church of St. Mary, 175 E. Illinois Road, Lake Forest. The funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. on November 14 at the Church of St. Mary.
Deacons are invited to vest in alb and white stole and sit as a body in church.
Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and all the souls of the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace.

We are saddened to announce the death of retired Deacon Daniel Troy, class of 1984. Deacon Troy died on Oct. 28, 2023. He was 91.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. November 2, 2023, at Adams-Winterfield-Sullivan Funeral Home, 4343 Main St., Downers Grove. There also will be visitation at 9 a.m. on Nov. 3 until the funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, 4801 Main Street, Downers Grove.

We are saddened to announce the death of retired Deacon Thomas (Tom) Carvlin, class of 1977. Deacon Tom, 97, died on October 21, 2023.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 28, at Lord of Mercy Parish, St. John the Baptist Church, 15746 Union Ave, Harvey, IL 60426 followed by the funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Deacons are invited to vest in alb and white Archdiocesan stole and sit as a body.
